D.s.a. labor working group t-shirt

For my senior thesis project, I designed a series of graphics for the Portland Democratic Socialists of America.

This shirt was designed for their Labor Working Group.

I was asked to create a two-sided, white on red, monochromatic design with provided text. Beyond that, I was given creative control.

The design is an abstract representation of a labor strike. Its geometric style is inspired by constructivism. The three-dimenional depth makes the most of its monochromatic limitations.
